CodeCart ("we", "us") builds custom software and sells digital products at codecart.org. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us directly — your name, email, WhatsApp number, or project details, when you use the enquiry form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Payment information — when you buy a digital product, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that under its own PCI-compliant systems. We only receive confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, and the email address you checked out with.
• Basic usage data — if analytics are enabled on this site, we may see anonymized traffic data (e.g. which pages are visited, roughly where from) to understand how the site is used. This is not tied to your name or used to identify you personally.

What we do with it

We use your details only to: respond to your enquiry, deliver a digital product you paid for, discuss a custom build you asked about, and send you the specific thing you contacted us for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project details for as long as reasonably needed to deliver what you asked for and to keep a record of past work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see contact details below.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
