Terms of Service

These terms cover both kinds of thing CodeCart sells: instant-download digital products, and custom software/website builds. By buying either, you agree to the terms below.

Digital products

Digital products (templates, spreadsheets, guides) are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. You're buying a license to use and edit the file for your own personal or business purposes — you may not resell, redistribute, or re-publish the files themselves as your own downloadable product.

Custom builds

For custom software or website work, you send us your requirements and budget through the enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp. We'll discuss scope and price before any payment is taken — nothing is charged automatically. Once scope and price are agreed, we'll confirm the delivery timeline in writing (email or WhatsApp) before starting.

Ownership of the finished custom work transfers to you once it's fully paid for. Until then, it remains ours. We may keep the right to reference completed work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Payment

Digital product payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card details. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

No guarantee of outcome

We build things to the specification agreed with you. We don't guarantee specific business results (sales, traffic, rankings, etc.) from anything we build — those depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with a product or service purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or service.
